PREBOND-DT400 is a two-component, self-priming Si-PU (Silicone-Modified Polyurethane) floor coating paint engineered to provide a durable and hard-wearing finish for RCC/concrete floors.
The coating delivers excellent resistance to chemical exposure, abrasion, scratches, impact and mechanical wear while providing an easy-to-clean, non-slip surface finish. Its 100% solids formulation eliminates curing shrinkage, so the applied wet film thickness is equivalent to the final dry film thickness.
In single-coat application it offers long-term protection for approximately 02–03 years under normal service conditions. Suitable for light, medium and heavy traffic areas including forklift routes, workshops, garages, battery rooms, showrooms, warehouses, marine, automotive plants and chemical processing industries.

No. PREBOND-DT400 is a self-priming Si-PU floor coating, so no primer of any type is required. Remove oil, grease and dust from the concrete surface before application.
Mix Part A (base colour) and Part B (hardener) in a 4:1 ratio, i.e. 04 kg base with 01 kg hardener. Apply within the pot life of approximately 30–40 minutes after mixing.
No. Do not add solvents and do not thin the product. Mix Part A and Part B thoroughly with a slow-speed mixer for 02 minutes, and if you use a partial kit, keep the 04:01 ratio.
Light traffic is possible after about 12 hours and full traffic after about 48 hours. Touch dry is about 60 minutes.
PREBOND-DT400 is available in blue, green, grey, yellow and red. Pack sizes are 800 gm base + 200 gm hardener or 04 kg base + 01 kg hardener.
