Clear Name: High-performance Petrol, Oil, Chemicals, Salt-water, Weather & Corrosion Resistant DTM PU Paint
It is high-performance two-component self-priming silicone modified polyurethane-based petrol, oil, diesel, solvent, chemicals, salt-water, weather, anti-fugus, abrasion & corrosion resistant direct to metal polyurethane paint. It has great bonding characteristics useful for a variety of metal substrates. PREBOND-M50 offers unprecedented advancement in indoor & outdoor long-term corrosion protection. Especially, it was designed for long-term high-chemicals, gasoline & corrosion resistance in chemical processing and petrochemical industries as well as long-term corrosion protection in marine coastal areas. After application, it deposits a very hard corrosion resistant layer that delivers 02*-03* years more metal protection life in most harsh-chemical areas and highly saltymarine areas. It is preferred a great choice to long-term protect and preserve expensive chemicals processing industrial structures, shades, machinery, pipelines, automotive fuel storage tanks, cooling towers, ETP, water & chemical storage tanks and marine coastal areas structures, equipment, deck, hulls, ship structure & anti-fungus applications.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:
| Mixing Container: | The coating supplied in Pack (A) Colored and Pack (B) Clear |
| Mixing Method | Shake/stir well both the containers before use. |
| Mixing Ratio | Mix the components in same ratio 1:1 i.e. (50-50%). |
| Method of Application | Brush, Roller, Air spray, Airless Spray. |
| Mixing Container pot life | 02 hours (Use neatly clean plastic/steel container for mixing). |
| Surface Preparation | Clean the oil, dust or heavy rust by using wire-brush & cotton. |
| Thinner/water | Do not mix any types of thinner/water on its application. |
| Coverage | 80-100 Sq. Ft. area in per liter (01 coat) in 02 coat 40-50 Sq. Ft. |
| Recommend Coats | Apply 02 coats for better result in difference 06-12 hours’ time. |
| For Rusted Surface | Use PREBOND-110 (Rust Converter Primer) where required. |
