PRODUCT DESCRIPATION: It is a single component ready to use formulated by silicone modified polymer & ultrafine aluminum pigment-based anti-corrosive and heat-resistant aluminum paint up-to 600° C. Generally, it is used for high heat, weather, chemical, U/v, corrosion & fire flame resistant applications on the chimneys, boilers, tubes, furnace, valves, duct collector, pipelines, mufflers, exhausts, silencers, heater baffles, die casting, cyclone preheater, structure and shades etc. Exceptionally, it is the best and ideal heat- resistant aluminum paint to repeated metal painting problems with excellent high heat & corrosion resistant applications.

METHOD OF APPLICATION:

Mixing Container The PREBOND-HR paint supplied in ready to use form.
Mixing Method Shake/stir well the container before use.
Container pot life 08 Months (in air tight container).
Method of Application Brush, roller, spray or dipping.
Coverage 80-100 Sq. Ft. area in per liter (single coat)
Recommend Coats Apply 02 coats for better result in difference 06-12 hours’ time.
Surface Preparation Clean the surface well by using wire-brush & cotton.
Packing & Storage 20 Liters in newly printed mild steel drum.
