Effective & Economic Surface Preparation Chemical for Rusted Metal Painting.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: PREBOND-58  is a water-based, non-acidic, ready to use solution for removing and converting rust on metal surfaces. It provides a greyish black colored zinc phosphate coating on rusted metal surface. After application, it protecting the metal surface from further rusting for 30*-45* days without primer or paint coat. It allows direct application of paint on rust converted and old painted metal surfaces. Especially it designs for where optimum surface preparation, sandblasting or proper surface cleaning is not possible or expensive. PREBOND-58 can be use on new metal surface, rusted metal surface and oily metal surface as surface preparation for painting.

APPLICATION METHOD: PREBOND-58 Chemical & PREBOND-220 Paint Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. First Clean the metal surface by using a wire brush or sand-paper and cotton to remove heavy rust scale and dirt.

2. Now apply one coat of PREBOND-58 (Anti Rust Chemical) as a surface preparation chemical coat and let it dry for 12 hours or overnight.

3. Then apply two-coats of PREBOND-220 (Anti Corrosive Paint) in difference 06-12 hours-time as a final top coat for long-term acid, alkali, salt-water, weather, U/v & corrosion resistance.
