Product Description

PREBOND-CR is high-performance single component ready to use acid, alkali & corrosion resistant anti flash rust ceramic metal primer, formulated by silicone-modified polymer & nano-ceramic pigment-based primer. It is under coat surface tolerant base coat metal primer for application with brush, spray and roller. It enhances bond strength between primer and metal with prevent the harmful damages in highly-corrosive areas.

Product Description

PREBOND-220 is a high-performance, single-component, ready-to-use silicone-modified polymer & nano-zinc pigment-based acid, alkali, salt-water, U/v, weather and corrosion resistant topcoat paint. It is a great replacement for two-pack epoxy, PU, enamel or rubber paints for acid, alkali and corrosion resistance. After application, it provides excellent corrosion protection in highly-corrosive & highly-acidic/alkaline-environments.

Application Method

STEP 1: Surface Preparation

Clean the heavy rusted metal surface thoroughly using a wire-brush, sand-paper or sand-blasting and dry cotton to remove heavy rust scale, mill scale & dirt.

STEP 2: Apply PREBOND-CR

Apply one-coat of PREBOND-CR (Ceramic Metal Primer) as an intermediate metal bond primer base coat by using a brush, spray or roller and leave the surface for 12 hours or overnight.

STEP 3: Apply PREBOND-220

Apply one-coat of PREBOND-220 (Anti Corrosive Paint) as a final-coloured top coat by using a brush, spray or roller for long-term acid, alkali & corrosion resistant applications.

Note: For heavy rusted metal surface use PREBOND-110 (Rust Converter Chemical) 01 coat for better results.

For primer or paint thinning, use PREBOND-084 Thinner 05-10% where required.

As all products are single-component ready-to-use system, PREBOND eliminates the need for mixing two-components, reducing paint wastages and ensuring a hassle-free application process.

After complete process PREBOND-110 and PREBOND-220 they forms a stable, hard protective layer that prevents strong acid and alkali fumes from penetrating the metal surface, hence offering robust corrosion protection for next 02-03 years more in highly-acidic-alkaline and highly-corrosive area with proper results.
